Button Mushrooms & Chives
Makes 2 Cups
300g of white button mushrooms
2 Tbsp of chives or garlic chives
1 tsp grain mustard
2 Tbsp of Lite Honey Mustard dressing
Salt and pepper
METHOD
• Wipe mushrooms clean
• Finely slice mushrooms
• Finely chop chives or garlic chives
• Add a teaspoon of grain mustard to lite honey mustard dressing
• Mix well and season to taste
