Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

Makes 2 cups

1 head of broccoli
For the Sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp lite soya sauce
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
½ cup chopped fresh coriander
METHOD

  • Wash and trim the broccoli into long narrow pieces.
  • Blanch in salted boiling water until stalks are just tender and broccoli is still a nice green.
  • Refresh under cold water.

For the sauce

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Pour over the warm broccoli
