Makes 2 cups
1 head of broccoli
For the Sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp lite soya sauce
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
½ cup chopped fresh coriander
METHOD
- Wash and trim the broccoli into long narrow pieces.
- Blanch in salted boiling water until stalks are just tender and broccoli is still a nice green.
- Refresh under cold water.
For the sauce
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour over the warm broccoli
