3 cups finely shredded cabbage
2 sticks celery
½ cup broccoli florets – finely shredded
½ cup broccoli stems – finely shredded
Dressing
- ½ cup Low Fat Plain Unsweetened Yoghurt
- 1 tsp finely grated Ginger
- ½ tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp grated Lemon Zest
- ¼ cup chopped Cocktail Onions
- ¼ cup Mint Leaves – finely chopped
Method
Mix dressing ingredients together and toss through salad mix
