250g Brussels sprouts – trim and cut into ¼’s
For the Sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
½ Cup chopped flat leaf parsley
METHOD
- Blanch brussels sprouts in salted boiling water until just tender and still nice and green
- Refresh under cold water
For the sauce
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour over the warm brussels sprouts
- Stir through fresh herbs
