300g cauliflower florets
½ red pepper – deseeded and chopped
¼ cup chopped coriander
Sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp finely grated ginger
1 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp water
METHOD
- Steam cauliflower until just tender
- Steam the pepper pieces for 30 seconds
- Remove the vegetables and place in a serving bowl
- Add coriander leavesSauce
- Put ingredients into a small pot and bring to the boil
- Make a paste with cornflour and water
- Thicken sauce, boil gently
- Pour this over vegetables and mix well
- Serve warm
