3 Celery stalks – thinly sliced crosswise
½ Cucumber – peeled, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
½ Cup chopped coriander
¼ Cup chopped mint
1/3 Cup chopped flat leaf parsley
1/3 Cup lite feta and garlic dressing
Salt and pepper for seasoning
