¼ Green Cabbage, finely sliced (use a mandolin if you have one for extra fineness)
½ Red onion, finely sliced
2 Sticks celery, finely sliced
1 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
Lite Feta and garlic dressing
Salt and pepper
METHOD
• Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
• Toss through dressing and season with salt and pepper
