Coleslaw with Miso and Ginger Dressing

¼ Small red cabbage finely shredded
¼ Small white cabbage finely shredded
4 Radishes finely sliced
¼ Cup bean sprouts
1 Tbsp fresh coriander chopped
½ Tbsp fresh mint chopped
Salt and Pepper
2 Tbsp Barkers Miso and Ginger Dressing

METHOD

• Put all shredded vegetables into a bowl
• Mix through dressing and fresh herbs
• Season to taste
