Lemon and Garlic Sauteed Cabbage

1 tsp olive oil
1 Onion, halved and finely sliced
½ Cabbage – finely sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ Lemon – zest and juice
Salt and pepper

METHOD

• Heat oil in a large fry pan over medium heat. Add the onion, cabbage, garlic and chilli flakes
• Cook, stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender – 10-15 minutes
• Mix through the lemon zest and juice
• Season to taste
