200 gm Cauliflower florets
\nTopping<\/u>
\n\u00bd tsp Olive Oil
\n1 tsp Cumin Seeds
\n2 Onions \u2013 cut in half then thinly slice
\n\u00bd tsp Rosemary Leaves
\n1 tsp Brown Sugar
\n1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
\nSalt and Pepper
\n1 Tbsp Water
\n1 Tbsp Paul Newman\u2019s Light Balsamic Dressing<\/p>\n

METHOD<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Blanch cauliflower in boiling salted water until just tender, drain<\/li>\n
  • Warm a heavy bottom pan<\/li>\n
  • Add oil and cumin seeds \u2013 toss around<\/li>\n
  • Add onions \u2013 cook for 1 minute on medium heat \u2013 careful not to brown too much<\/li>\n
  • Add rosemary, sugar & balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n
  • Add a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper<\/li>\n
  • Cook for 15 \u2013 20 minutes until very soft and caramelised<\/li>\n
  • Add water and Paul Newman\u2019s dressing<\/li>\n
  • Heat through<\/li>\n
  • Pour dressing over cauliflower and serve warm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
