1. MINI VEGETABLE KEBABS\"\"<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Punnet cherry tomatoes
\n3 Courgettes
\n1 Small red onion
\nHandful basil leaves
\nToothpicks<\/p>\n

METHOD<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cut cherry tomatoes in half (if small leave whole)
\n\u2022 Slice courgettes and cut onion into chunks
\n\u2022 Thread onto toothpicks e.g. tomato, slice courgette, small slice red onion, then finish with tomato
\n\u2022 Bake in oven 180\u00ba for 10 minutes \u2013 don\u2019t allow tomatoes to become too soft
\n\u2022 When serving place a basil left on each kebab<\/p>\n

2. MARINATED BUTTON MUSHROOMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Punnet button mushrooms
\n3 Tbsp Paul Newman\u2019s light balsamic dressing
\n2 Tbsp Chives<\/p>\n

METHOD<\/p>\n

\u2022 Trim stalks off mushrooms then cut into quarters
\n\u2022 Combine with dressing and herbs
