\n\u00bd Cucumber peeled and sliced
\n25g pickled ginger – chopped<\/p>\n

Dressing<\/p>\n

1 tsp pickled ginger juice
\n2 Tbsp lite lime and chilli dressing
\nSalt and pepper<\/p>\n

METHOD<\/p>\n

\u2022 Combine all ingredients in a bowl
\n\u2022 Mix dressing and pickled ginger juice together and toss through vegetables
