250g Brussels sprouts \u2013 trim and cut into \u00bc\u2019s\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

For the Sauce<\/p>\n

1 Tbsp oyster sauce
\n1 Tbsp soy sauce
\n1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
\n\u00bd Cup chopped flat leaf parsley<\/p>\n

METHOD<\/p>\n

\u2022 Blanch brussels sprouts in salted boiling water until just tender and still nice and green
\n\u2022 Refresh under cold water<\/p>\n

For the sauce<\/p>\n

\u2022 Mix all the ingredients together.
\n\u2022 Pour over the warm brussels sprouts
