Broccoli, Cauliflower and Caper Salad<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Makes 4 cups\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

300g cauliflower florets
\n200g broccoli florets
\n3 spring onions \u2013 finely sliced<\/p>\n

Sauce
\n4 Tbsp honey mustard dressing
\n2 Tbsp low fat yoghurt (unsweetened)
\n2 Tbsp chopped capers
\nSalt & pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Mix ingredients together<\/p>\n

METHOD<\/p>\n

\u2022 Blanch cauliflower florets for 1 \u2013 2 minutes
\n\u2022 Blanch broccoli florets for 1 \u2013 2 minutes
\n\u2022 Run vegetables under cold water when blanched to stop cooking process
\n\u2022 Put vegetables into a large bowl
\n\u2022 Pour over sauce
