\n1 Yellow pepper \u2013 cut into chunks<\/p>\n
Dressing<\/u><\/p>\n
\u00bd Cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
\n1 Tbsp mango chutney
\n1 tsp curry powder
\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n
METHOD<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Mix the dressing ingredients together<\/li>\n
- Blanch beans in salted boiling water for 1 minute until just tender and still green \u2013 refresh under cold water<\/li>\n
- Add the pepper and cucumber and toss through the dressing<\/li>\n
