3 cups of cauliflower, grated
\n\u00bd red capsicum, finely chopped\"\"<\/a>
\n1 courgette, finely sliced
\n\u00bc cup chopped coriander
\n\u00bc cup chopped parsley
\nSalt and pepper<\/p>\n

Dressing<\/strong>
\n1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
\n2 Tbsp light honey and mustard dressing
\n1 Tbsp Thai chilli sauce<\/p>\n

Mix dressing ingredients together
