Bok Choy in Oyster Sauce<\/span><\/strong>\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Makes 4 cups<\/p>\n

4 bunches of bok choy
\n\u00bd tsp olive oil
\n2-3 spring onions finely chopped
\n1 \u00bd Tbsp. grated ginger
\n3 cloves garlic<\/p>\n

Sauce<\/strong>
\n50ml oyster sauce
\n1 \u00bd Tbsp. soy sauce
\n1 Tbsp. Chinese rice wine
\n1 tsp brown sugar
\n125ml chicken stock
\n2 tsp cornflour<\/p>\n

METHOD<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Cut the bottom off the bok choy and wash thoroughly under running water.<\/li>\n
  • Steam until wilted slightly and stalks are just tender<\/li>\n
  • Refresh under cold water<\/li>\n
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together<\/li>\n
  • Heat a wok or pan<\/li>\n
  • Add oil and saut\u00e9 spring onions, ginger and garlic for 10 seconds or until fragrant<\/li>\n
  • Add bok choy and heat through<\/li>\n
  • Add the sauce ingredients to the wok and stir until sauce thickens and the bok choy is coated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
