Grated Cauliflower with Turmeric
½ Cauliflower
3 Spring onions – finely chopped
1 Cup coriander – roughly chopped
Dressing
2 Tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
2 Tbsp White wine vinegar
2 tsp Turmeric
Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Roughly blitz cauliflower in food processer (or grate by hand) into a “rice” consistancy
- Add chopped spring onion and coriander
- Mix dressing ingredients then fold through the cauliflower rice
