2 Tomatoes
½ Cucumber
¼ Red onion
¼ Cup coriander
Dressing
¼ Cup of Kombucha drink
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp lime juice
Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out seeds
- Slice into thin wedges
- Cut cucumber in half and scoop out seeds, leaving skins on
- Slice into wedges similar in size to tomato
- Slice red onion thinly
- Toss through chopped coriander and dressing
