4 cups or ¼ of large Cabbage – finely sliced
2 sticks Celery – finely sliced (the whiter inside ones are good for this)
1 Green Pepper – deseeded and finely sliced
4 Spring Onions – finely sliced
1 bunch of Chives – finely sliced
Dressing
½ cup Plain Low Fat Unsweetened Yoghurt
½ tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Horseradish Sauce
1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl
METHOD
- Loosely mix salad ingredients in a large bowl
- Toss dressing through salad ingredients. Mix well.
