Brussels Sprouts in Oyster Sauce
250g Brussels sprouts – trim and cut into ¼’s
For the Sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
½ Cup chopped flat leaf parsley
METHOD
• Blanch brussels sprouts in salted boiling water until just tender and still nice and green
• Refresh under cold water
For the sauce
• Mix all the ingredients together.
• Pour over the warm brussels sprouts
• Stir through fresh herbs
